A tang sights like the one in the picture run $125 - $350.

I have a model 81 in 300 Savage that fill not feed out of the magazine. Also when I load it with a stripper clip I am only able to push 3 rounds into the magazine. Where do I start to trouble shoot these problems?

I am looking for a 2-hole rear sight blank and a tang sight (very good-Excellent condition) for a Remington model 81, any help?
