No, they don't, I called them the other day. They told me it would be a 4-5 month wait.

Model 14 cartridge stop
After several years of running issues down various rabbit holes I have corrected everything but a missing cartridge stop on my Model 14 in 32 Rem. (Item #24 on the schematic from GunParts) I cannot seem to locate that part though; GunParts is sold out and so is everyone else that I Googled. Anyone h...

rate of twist on my Model 81 in 300 Savage
Howdy all, First off , Roger last year or so you sent me some fantastic loads for my 300 savage and in the move to our new house I have lost them. Do you mind sending them to me again please? Secondly is the rate of twist 1 in 10 for the 300 Savage? If so does this mean or could it mean that she wou...

Re: WTB Model 8 in 25, 30 or 35 Rem
I acquired a Winchester 1905 in 32 WSL recently, I know it is not a Remington Model 8 but it is an intersting little rifle plus it came with a 140 rounds of ammo and dies so it was hard to pass up. Back to looking for either a Model 8 or 81 in 35 Remington...

Reload ideas for Model 81 in 300 Savage
Howdy, was wondering what folks were successfully using for reload data for their Model 81's in 300 Savage? What loads did she like and not like? I was shooting some factory 150gr Hornady SST but mine did not really like it so I figured I would ask what you all used here that worked.

Re: 30 Rem Dies
Thanks Gents, I found some on Reddings website but they were pricey. I had heard you could use 30-30 dies then I read a few sites were they said you could not. I should have waited for your response's here first but I went and bought the Redding ones. Roger, it was the one I was looking at on GB tha...

I am not a conspiracy theory guy, usually, but it does seem that the amount of misinformation is intentional and/or used as a scare tactic, rather effectively, in Cali as well as those outside Cali who might be inclined to sell to us?? So to make sure I am tracking; if I buy a C&R weapon from a ...

Re: Rem 141 30Rem
I have run into an ever increasing number of sellers; FFL, C&R and no license folks that refuse to sell and ship to CA. If the weapon is C&R eligible and I provide a signed copy of my C&R what are the additional cost folks will incur by selling it to me in here in CA? My favorite listing...

Remington 760
Is the 760 old enough to bring up on this forum? I hope so because I was just given one by my brother and seems like it was built in 1959, it is in 35 Remington and has no magazine. i have struck out so far in my attempts to find a magazine for this rifle. Anyone have an idea?

Model 14 feeding issues
Took my Model 14 in 32 Rem to range today eager to shoot her finally but had a heck of a time with feeding issues. Either the round comes up case base first or if the bullet comes up first it still jams at wrong angle, lots of working and prying allowed me to shoot 6 rounds but that pegged my fun me...

My 81
About 6 weeks ago I picked up a nice Model 81 in 300 savage, it came to me as you see it in the pics. I was able to shoot 3" groups at 100m with some factory ammo after some trail and error with the peep. I really like it but need some practice with the redfield peep on her.

No worries dude, that the way it goes. Have always felt the Model 14 was a neat old rifle though I have never shot one. I finally got one today on GB in 32 Rem. Does the bullet need to be crimped since it is an auto loader? Not sure WHERE I heard this but I do remember hearing some guy(s) telling me that most heavy recoiling autos need to have bullet crimped.
