Re: newly mfg barrel nuts and washers
Guys I'm sorry but there was not enough response for me to justify making the barrel nuts. I really needed a dozen or so orders to make it worth the cost of setting up and running on a cnc machining center. I will continue watching my post for more interest. Thanks.

newly mfg barrel nuts and washers
I am in the process of manufacturing new Barrel nuts and washers for the 35 Remington Model 8 and 81. I have had two prototype Barrel nuts manufactured for my own gun and they work flawlessly. I will machine whatever serration on the nuts and washers is required for your gun. Pricing is estimated to...

Re: Need buffer spring for .35 remington
Fred, thanks for the info. after looking into the rear of the receiver with a light I see no sign of the rear of it being hammered. no sign on the bolt either. so I decided to reassemble her and leave well enough alone. then upon tightening the barrel nut, it broke into three pieces. what luck! I wa...

Re: Are my handloads safe
Thanks Ken, I have both sierra and hornady 200 grain rn bullets but i have been using winchester primers. I'll get some federal LR primers and start on the low end of H4895.

Re: Are my handloads safe
Thanks Fred, I will try for a lower charge. 36 grains doesnt group well so I will try a lower charge and hope it will chrono good enough for a hunting load.

Are my handloads safe
Hey guys, I am loading 38 gr. of h4895 over a 200 grain hornady rn. This prints the best group so far in my 1907 .35 rem. Is this a safe load to continue with? It's just under the max in Lyman data using a Sierra bullet, but 1.8 gr. over according to hornady. Only fired a dozen or so rounds so far.

Re: New member
Found mine from an individual in Utah. Just got in from shooting it. Somehow I shot a 5/8 in group with the open sights the other day but can't seem to repeat that. Most groups are about 2 to 2 and 1/4 inches but I'm working on that. Got a 300 Savage Model 81 coming in about a week, can't wait.
