Had it tapped back in the 90’s for a red dot and might be putting on a new style one soon. Burris fast fire 3’s are going pretty cheap these days and I know that I can hi...

Re: Ontario New Member

Would be nice to have a picture of the rifle. A straight butt stock screams it’s a model 8 but would like to see the front stock. Sounds like someone else lost the original retaining screw and possibly used a model 81 screw or had found some other screw that worked.

Re: FN and Model 8 magazine interchangeabiltiy

There is an older post in the troubleshooting section called (Found A Guy) that sounds like maybe there is chance that it can be repaired also. I bet the new/old bolt carrier you have coming will work just fine but if that guy can somehow repair the extractor grooves like the post mentions, he can p...

Re: FN and Model 8 magazine interchangeabiltiy

Got an old bolt carrier in hand right now. It’s one that the extractor grooves had that problem with chipping but as I look at it and compare to you’re picture it look like the rails on you’re one had broken off right at the solid part of it, on mine the rails protrude like three quarters of an inch...

Federal hammer down 220 grain

Has anyone shot this ammo out of their rifle ? I was looking for the SAMI spec for pressure on this cartridge but to no avail. If it’s at 33,500 I would imagine it would be OK in our rifles. I here some of ya have used the Hornady lever revolution 200 grain and would think it must be very comparable...

Re: SPAM, SCAMS & MALWARE ?

Well, Cam just got me back on the sight, but all my history is gone. I think what happened is about a week ago I had made some dumb comments on one of those spam posts. It was all written in Russian and I made some flippant remarks about them to speak English. Then all of a sudden My login didn’t wo...
