model 8 in 30 rem. with uncommon buttplate

There's a Rem. M-8 in 30 Rem. On Gunbroker#337845501 right now with the uncommon( at least on m-8 s) top tang rifle buttplate and the whelen-fluted buttstock. The wood sure looks original to me but I can't tell for sure about the bluing on the metal. I just thought someone might like to see one. You don't see these too often.
