Hey guys!


Well I was going a little research on a Marlin .35 that I have and just happened to stumble across this place! I have shot Browning A-5s for years but never even heard of the Model 8... But when I saw a picture of one I was immediately interested, and even more so once I discovered the similarities!

Anyways, thought I'd do a little snooping around here and might try to get my hands on one of these neat guns sometime soon!

Welcome aboard, glad you found us. I too have collected Auto 5 shotguns for about 30 plus years. But the FNrifle version and the remington m-8 were actually a parallel development with the Auto 5. Just a look at all the Patten dates will affirm that fact.Good luck on your quest to acquire . M-8.
