Sorry man, nothing to be done for that. Your best bet is to get rid of it as soon as you can. Now being the nice guy that I am, I'll take it off your hands and all you need to do is pay the shipping fee. 
Yes she does look rough......have you tried 0000 steel wool and Rem Oil? Others may have better ideas.
She may be a good candidate for a reblue job if you support that sort of thing.
