And with that full length magazine it can go bang a bunch of times. Adam, couple of them on GB in 38-40.Better start moonlighting to fund one though.

man that's a nice one. i let one go in a pawn shop, they thought way to much of it for me...
I have never harvested an animal, but I have killed quite a few.............

Joe, I noticed the 14-1/2 in .38-40 on GB too - maybe missed seeing another - and the price point is the usual, just south of $2k. Might not be moonlighting enough to get one - at this rate! LOL
(FYI Joe, I took apart my new/old 81 .300 Savage yesterday, I'll bring that up in another post.)
Again - xtim - classic pump you got there - and you got me thinking about .38-40 in my future!

If you lit go of this weapons can i buy it,, its looks perfect for me the quality and the figure of this gun,, i was hooping to have this kind of weapons to be part of my collections..

I just had to make a comment. I was sorry to see all of your great 8/81 and Model 14 photos disappear. I can understand getting put off by one oddball post, but that guy (or girl) was one of the many billions on this planet - who just came in for a nanosecond of time for the only reason to simply fart in our general direction. Just a waste of our website's bandwidth.
I, for one, am a history teacher (for my job - licensed teacher k-6 elementary and 6-8 middle school history & social studies) and the history of firearms is a favorite of mine. The pictures and history behind the guns we talk about on this forum are invaluable to my own learning - at 51, and with so many "stories of the gun" in the world, I am always learning something new!
I hope that you at least consider sharing images in the future with this great group. The greater good learns from authentic examples! I for one was liking that Model 12 .22, which is another "little brother" to the Model 14.
My 2 cents - hope I didn't offend. Take care!
