May not be the prettiest thing in the world but it only took 5ish minutes to make from one of my SKS clips. I have WAY too many clips for my SKS and they are all US made so I have no problem hacking a few apart to make some ugly but usable clips for my Model 8. They work way better than 8mm Mauser clips which some seem to have luck with. Once I get a bit more time I'll make a few more and put a little more effort into them.
Then I got my new replacement peep in the mail for my Marble's rear sight from a guy that reproduces them here in Michigan. It went right in and snugged up really tight. I feel like I might actually hit something now.
