You know all those broke decapping pins we have to change trying to push out those old primers?
Use RCBS military crimp heavy duty pins, they hold up better than standard. For really stuck ones
a shell holder, the decap assy, and a hammer is very efficient. Once they are out, get a primer hole uni former (Lyman??) to remove the hair-lips 
from the factory punch that makes the primer hole. Your decap pins won't miss the hole, the little chamfer it leaves guides the pin in the hole. And perhaps your ignition will be more uniform and more accurate. We only have to ream the hole once for new to us brass.... 
Another note: the little primer pocket wire brush for cleaning crude out brass works great in a low speed drill. Then before you put it up clean those nasty road chipped spots on the car/truck for a quick touch up paint. Works even better than a Dremel tool....
