Would like to return to as original as possible, sights, sling mount, slings etc.
I know rear sight is wrong, had sling swivels at some point did they come with swivels or were they added (holes look added)? Where can I get correct pieces or NOS. One of the rear sight screws appears to have been stripped in the past pehaps when Lyman folding sight added.
All I have done is cleaned and oiled.
PO touched up barrel with cold blue, were these originally rust blued? Thank you
