Takedown screw removal

Does anyone know how to remove the takedown screw from the collar?

Never mind. It took Kroil, Ballistol, Hoppes Gun Oil, elbow grease, and a moderate amount of force.

I've encountered a couple that needed some lube & leverage.

While it's not a necessary step in most cases, it's nice to be able to do so whether it's to replace or for meticulous cleaning.
