I met the famous "Hibby83" !!!

Hibby and I have swapped gun stories and hunting stories for the past couple years through email and phone calls. He lives in central PA. and I in central Mass.

I had the pleasure of a couple day visit from Hibby this weekend and he is every bit the gun nut I figured he would be LOL and more !!! He wore me out ! We spent two days looking at my guns "mostly Remington's" and a small arsenal of 8s and 81s he lugged up here from PA one of which I tried to pry away from him in the worst way !!! No luck ! I never thought I would get tired of looking at guns but I was pooped after the two days he was here.

Luke is a wealth of knowledge on Remington's and many other firearms as well as ammo and other hunting stuff. We had a good visit and we covered many topics and BOY can he eat LOL !!
He was a pure gentlemen to my girlfriend who also enjoyed his visit.

All and all a very enjoyable visit and a new friend met !!! Me being and old fart at 67 and Luke a pup at 41 I found him to be a very smart knowledgeable GUN NUT much smarter than I on many gun related questions !!

I knew you liked the 700's, and boy are you an authority of knowledge on them. I'm thankful you welcomed me up and let me handle your prized Remington's!!!

You have a nice place and even nicer girlfriend and family of Australian Kelpies. I was raised where you finish what's on the plate. Apparently, my eyes thought the plates were smaller, she whipped up some damn good food.

See what the future brings John. I don't believe I'll tire of that gun but if I do, you'll be the first to know. Look forward to the next visit!

I would also attend!! The model 8 shoot in 2016 was awesome. The video of it is still on YouTube, I’m even in it shooting Jacks carbine model 81 with extended mag.
