A couple FNs

Post by MinnesotaDan »

Here are a few photos for your viewing enjoyment of my two recently acquired FN 1900s.

I tried to show the major differences between the two. One is ribbed, the other plain barrel jacket. They have different forend checkering patters, different rear sights, and different front sights. The sights on the non ribbed rifle are not original I do not think.

The ribbed rifle is fortunate to get from my good friend Roger, the non ribbed rifle was acquired by auction through Ward's auction.

Hey Dan, I’m glad you posted some pictures of your 2 FNs. Not many days go by,that I don’t think about that rifle. I was lucky enough to be its caretaker for several years. But I still have the FN of Bob Creamers, so it is easier to take. I’m glad it went to you,my friend. Roger
