I don't know if Lee still makes them, but go to their website and see. If not made now, but were made at one time, try eBay, Auction Arms, and Gun Broker sites. You might also investigate Lyman tong tool and dies, which would work just as well as the Lee Loader, or better. Just as portable and you don't need a hammer.
As the Lee Loader neck sizes only, you might be able to use a .308 Winchester Lee Loader, but I don't know that for sure.
-------- UPDATE
I checked the Lee website, and they do not show the .300 Sav as being on their list of currently available calibers in the Lee Loader line. In looking at the comparative case dimensions of the .300 and .308, I'd have to say the .308 Lee Loader would probably work, but you would have to try it. At worst, it would resize more than half the length of the (already short) .300 Savage neck, which should be enough. You also might be able to drive the .300 base a little deeper into the .308 Lee Loader sizer using a rod, etc., which would allow full neck length resizing.
I'd suggest looking for a Lyman 310 tong tool and a set of .300 Savage dies for it as the preferred method if there is no availability of the .300 Savage in a Lee Loader, assuming you need a portable tool. Otherwise, going with a bench-mounted press and standard dies would be the best solution.
