Remington 141 scope base?

I am in the process of acquiring a Remington 141.

I have enclosed a photo that shows the holes drilled in the receiver (evidently for an offset scope).

Since I haven't received the firearm yet, I am unable to provide screwhole distance measurements at this time.

Does anyone possibly recognize the base this would possibly use, or is this non-standard and custom.

Anyone who is intimately familiar with scope bases (who hasn't read my query about the base for my Model 81, please refer to that posting).
