New Guy With Stripper Clip Questions

Hello,

I recently purchased my first model 81 in 300 Savage (Will post photo's when it comes back from safety inspection) My Question is on the stripper clips that came with the rifle. I don't think the photo with 3 in it are originals. Can any one tell me if the photo with the single clip is an original stripper clip?

Any Info would be appreciated.

Fixbur, The three clips are indeed not original or authentic. However, the single clip is an original brass stripper clip for an 81, which should also fit an 8 in 35 caliber or an 8 which may have had the barrel replaced by the factory into 300 Sav. I know several guys have made alteration to some inexpensive military clips that function, but they have no value beyond functionality. However, the authentic clips can be fairly expensive if you are fortunate enough to find one.
