Hello from Kentucky

Hi, I am a new member, and love the website.....I just purchased my first Model 8 in .35 Rem and love it! I just happen to be at my local gun store looking for a 22 hornet, when I spyed the Model 8 on the rack and instantly went for it, I have a copy of an old tin sign with the Model 8, a wolf, and the rifle on it, so I knew right away what it was. I picked it up and loved it instantly, and it was only priced at $300.00 I was suprised it was so cheap.....its a little worn and pitted, reblued I'm sure, but still I thought it was a great deal. I got it home and tried it out and was plesently suprised with the group, a little off center but nice and tight, and I can adjust it to hit on the money I am sure! Kywoodsman
