This one does not have screws or elevator.You can get the screws from apertures n' more and other elevators will work.
If this one doesn`t do it for you , these come up on Fleabay fairly often.

Thanks, Sarge. I have the elevator and screws. For that matter I have the sight, too, but it's warped to one side and can't be repaired.
