In my opinion it sure looks original other than the extra holes. The Williams peep also requires 2 extra holes. But as a deer hunting rifle,its set up for serious business. These are my favorite type of rifle, because I shoot @ hunt w/ all my rifles. I just won an auction for a m-81 on gunbroker or I would be in for this deal. Hope someone on this forum gets it. I really consider 350.00 a steal for this 81. Thanks for posting this. I'm just sorry I can't buy it right now.
