There should be several good loads listed for 4895, somewhere around 35gr. will probably work. 4350 is too slow. I'm not that familiar with R15 or Varget.

Greetings,
I have tested two loads using the Speer 180 grain flat nose bullet.
One load is with 39 grains of IMR4064 powder.
It seems quite mild, recoil is medium, report is mild, Pressure
seems to be low to medium. All around pleasant to shoot.
Groups in 1 inch at 50 yards with peep sight.
The other load is with Accurate 2520 powder. Load is from
Accurate Powder web site. I worked up to the maximum of
39 grains with no unusual pressure signs. Pressure seems medium.
Accurate says 2127 FPS, I have not tested with my
chronograph yet but recoil is substantial and report is
louder than the above load. I think velocity is higher than
published. I will find out this Spring when I test with my
chronograph. Groups well also, 1 inch at 50 yards with peep
sight.
Be careful, don't load maximum loads unless you know what
you are doing, and work up using good judgment, your gun
may be different than mine.
My regards,
The Mack Man
