The M8 I am waiting for ..has been "won" at Rock Island Auctions..
NOT here yet... I still need to send them an FFL..Waiting for their mail..
I have been absent for a while.. I had a fall..and struck my temple..Put me in a comma ..Then the seizures began...
Had 7..In the Hospital after one...I overheard a Doc tell my wife that I may not make it.. Ticked me off..and I began getting a little hysterical...trying to pill the IV out.. They let me out the following day... As an after the fact leftover .. I have a terrible memory loss of about 3 years..just gone... I meet people who know me..and I have no clue who they are... Seems ther was a spot on the brain that turned black on the xray...a dead spot... I guess - like a bad part in a computer...
I saw a note on here about the 30 REM AMMO from me...That I had totally forgotten...???
Scary.. But..life goes on... Took quite a while... Am back to building M1A MATCH Rifles and also the M1's.. I completely re-do them ..including parkerizing and bedding..the whole mess... Doing it for near 50 years..
Just had a guy who got ticked that I had used different parts in his trigger group ?? When I reparkerize..it does not matter a bit....unless - it is a "all matching piece".... Anyway.. I threw him out...
Now...off to the Barber.... All the best...top
