I need a barrel lock spring , does anybody have one for sale or does anybody know where Ican buy one for a model 8. Thamk you, gcro3948.

i am not sure if this the right thing to do, but there is a small parts store that caters to the agriculture industry and they carry a wide selection of spring steel, and coil springs, they are always very helpful if they don't have it they will try to find a match. I would look for a similar store close by where you live and see if they can match the spring up. also there is bob's gun parts online he has a wide selection of Remington parts, also Numrich's gun parts
