Folks,
I spent a bit of time today scouring over digitized newspapers for my job - 6th grade teaching - as I reviewed primary sources for this year's plans. Along the way, I realized just how many great old gun ads were in America's newspapers, ca. 1860-1922, and thought I'd share a few of the good ones.
The following adverts are from 1909-1913. Neat!
The next couple of pics are meant to go together; basically I had to break up this ad into 2 parts in order to scan it.
