The action seems to cycle, but not enough to eject empty brass and load new round. When I manually cycle the action , it ejects perfectly. Any ideas as to where I can start in my troubleshooting?

We had a Model 8 with the same issue, but it would eject about 50% of the time. The issue was an extractor that was partially broken on the front claw. Just an idea. If your ejector spring is very weak this could also prevent the spent case from exiting the action.
