Hey phyrbird,
Thanks for the posting. It's quite interesting to see these police guns in their correct state. However,this one is a little worse than freckled. If this were any other gun, I would rate it at about 30-35 %. However,considering the rarity of these pieces, it might be a little more desirable than that. The price doesn't seem to fit the condition,in my opinion. No matter what gun it is.
I know this seller. I have purchased a rare Winchester 1894 take down rifle in 32/40 wcf from this guy. He was fair,open and honest in his dealings with me. He was very professional and I would buy from him again. Just not this piece.

I always get excited seeing Police rifles for sale...not that I can afford one anyways :D

For whatever reason, all the KY Highway Patrol rifles I've seen are worse for wear compared to other departments.
