Soon-to-be Remington owner from Texas. I have a Remingnton Autoloading Rifle chambered in .30-30 Remington coming into my possession. Soon as I get it in my grubby little hands, I will be posting pics.

How much do I know about this rifle?

- My particular example was made before they called it a Model 8
- .30 Remington is difficult to procure
- It comes from the wonderful brain of JMB

Welcome aboard. Good things come out of Texas as 81police will tell you. Glad to hear that you have an early model with the 30-30 designation. Is it scripted on the barrel jacket? If it is then you have a hard to find model. I will be waiting to see the pictures.
