We here at The Great Model 8 hope y'all have a very merry Christmas! This makes 6+ years of http://www.thegreatmodel8.net, so thank all of you who participate and bring so much insight to our forums.

It's a tradition here on the forums, that each year I photoshop up a picture from one of my favorites movies, "A Christmas Story". So here's the latest, and all the ones from years past...DON'T SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT!!

And...I hope during this holiday season, we're all reminded of how blessed we are, whether enjoying family, friends, food, or that we're even alive one more day. For those of us who know Jesus, may He be the reason for the season.

Hey Fellow Members,

I want to wish all friends, new and old, a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

I have had a pretty good year everything considered. I got to meet some fellow members and hope the next year will allow me to meet some more of you in person. I was able to add a few more rifles to the collection without suffering too much relapse of "jackitis". I hope to add a few more in the coming year.

I have not been as active on the forum this past year due to other activities but I have promised myself I would be more active in 2016. By the time I have checked in on the forum too much time has past to be current with a reply. I always look forward to the emails from you and it allows me to stay in touch.

I sincerely appreciate my regular contact with 81police. He is a dear friend and confident. He helps me to keep things in perspective and offers spiritual guidance which is greatly appreciated. May God Bless you my Friend.
