Kreiger mag

Has anyone attempted to take a Kreiger mag and extend it to 10 rounds by adding on bottom using section of a regular m81 mag and section of mag spring?

That would be interesting.

I "personally" like the look of the magazine being flush with the trigger guard.

I've had thoughts of getting a spare magazine and hiring my gunsmith to recreate the detachable mag in Krieger fashion. I have a spare trigger guard for him to play with, partly there.
