Hello all. My father passed away recently and left me a Remington Model 8 and my brother a Model 81, both chambered in 35. I look forward to learning more about these historic rifles. Thank you everyone for creating and participating in this site.

Welcome and my condolences for the passing of your father. What a pair of heirlooms he left you and your brother. "Springpoles" as we call them here they definitely bring nostaglia back of a different time of gun making and hunter.
