Model 8 with solid rib on barrel?

Would a 1909 model 8 with a solid rib along the barrel, be a gunsmith job or could it be ordered as a factory gun? I believe it is a model c with checkering and nice wood? Found it at show, might go back tomorrow and was wondering if anyone saw one before?

Dont know but love to see some pics of it. The early FN model 1900 had a rib, but havent seen any Rem guns with one. Not to say there arent some around. Pics will help.

The description sounds like an FN 1900, they're worth a mint
