Custom built Model 81 in 35Rem. All work done in 2011. Barrel assembly shortened to 17", original 15 round POE magazine fitted to exact POE specifications (work done by Pete Verschneider)...including removal of magazine indicator assembly and internal retaining screw added to barrel lock. Magazine fit is TIGHT! No wobbles, solid lockup, done right. Fits better than any original 8/81 I've ever handled.

Rifle comes with 2 reproduction Model 81 "Special Police" forearms, both 11.25". These required reproduction Model 81 Special Police forearm screws. One forearm has a Thompson Submachine Gun foregrip ala the famous Police 8 once owned by Texas Ranger Guzman.

Rifle is decked with vintage sights! There is a vintage Lyman 3 position express sight on the barrel jacket and a Marbles flip on the tang.

This gun is made for shooting not just show. It's a beast! And was featured live firing in several parts of the below video

I imagine you might have some concerns about the winning bidder. He has 3 F's for non payment. I would not be surprised to see that increase to 4 shortly, though I hope not.
Its a real PITA when bidders dont pay.
