If you're looking for the creme de la creme of 8/81 collecting, look no further than the Fabrique Nationale built Modele 1900 (aka FN 1900). These were the Cadillac's of the John Browning long-recoil patent. This is the actual gun I used to help write the FN 1900 article (https://thegreatmodel8.net/?page_id=1562).

Less than 5,000 built. This rifle is # 2498. In factory original condition. We currently have 135 existing FN 1900's recorded across the world today. This is the only FN 1900 that I've seen in the 2400 serial number range.

$2300.00 + actual shipping costs. Shipment must be made to an FFL dealer, unless you can accomodate a pickup in the DFW area. Please ensure your FFL will receive a firearm from an individual.

If interested please contact me via email: cat9x@hotmail.com

I plan to put this rifle on GunBroker next month.

Neat it's the only 2400 serial in the database. Yours must be at the tail end of using the early style FN buttplate. What's the largest gap in numbers on record?

Hope a forum member get it.

P.S - fortunate for my bank account it's not the no rib variation. We'd be talking buisness! Hah

** BUMP ** Leaving this rifle 5ish more days on here then removing it. It will most likely be put back in the safe and not re-offered for sale. Thanks!

Friday will be the last day then I'll remove this item from the "For Sale" category! Still available. The pearl of Browning's long recoil patent!
