Stevens lever action in Remington rimless???

I found mention of J. Stevens producing a line of lever action rifles in .25/.30/and .32 Remington from 1910-1918. Does anyone have any information, or maybe a photo or two of one?

This is the best I can come up with thus far. Though notice that there is a Stevens scope and mount for the Remington autoloaders!

Hi 45guy,
It is the Stevens High Power. Model 425 is standard and higher grades were 435 & 445. It came in .25, .30, .32, & .35rem. I copied a few pictures from one listed on gunbroker.com.

It's mentioned in Brohy's book (Marlin) don't believe they are quite that scarce.

I have a 425 in .25 Rem. They are very scarce as they were only made for 5-7 years and something less than 5000 were made. I have a letter from Savage in the 1960s that says they were "needlessly complicated and never popular"; but I like mine. There is a thread on the savage collectors forum on 24hr campfire that has been collecting serial numbers for about 2 years. All serial numbers have fallen between 1000 and 6000 so far.
